its a good hard disk if it worked :-) why i am saying this is i faced problem with 1st one but sanpdeal replaced it. the second one worked fine. my advice is "just go with GPT" dont even try to do "MBR". all the best to u guys

WD & western Digital are the same thing....... at this price range u hav two options... either go for WD20EZRX or WD20EARX.... the EARX model is a bit older than EZRX... almost all the specs. are same for both the models..... the spec where EZRX beats EARX is that it has 145mbps I/O rate(EZRX) & other has 110mbps(EARX)..... i bought EZRX & its working gud.

The product is good and transfers data at high speed. It does not come with power chord, sata chord and screws so you have to buy them separately. delivery was fast and the package was good though.

the best 2TB HDD at this price

great Product from WD, at best price. actually the first HDD that i got was dead on arrival, though it was packed in great condition with multi layer of bubble wrap. lodged a complaint to snapdeal and it got replaced. the second HDD that i got had no packing at all , just single sheet of bubble wrap, also it was bent on top. but it worked .snapdeal should better take care of packaging issue. to install, just plug power cable and sata cable and turn on the system. the popup for HDD will come at the "notification" bar on boot up. pros. 1. great price 2. easy to install cons 1. bit slow on lower end PCs like 3gbps sata mother boards

I read some of the comments which said Dead on arrival but i thought what are the chances of me getting the same product but guess what, Dead on arrival. I cannot believe it. Please do not buy this Hard drive. Very poor quality by WD.
