Yonex is a Japanese sport equipment manufacturer for badminton, golf and tennis. Racquets, clubs, shoes, shuttlecocks and numerous other equipments come under their forte. A valiant effort by Minoru Yoneyama, founder of Yonex, in 1946, today this firm has become a dominant corporate player in badminton. It has covered thousands of milestones and reached the pinnacle of success in today’s date. As a known firm, it has been a part of the Badminton World Federation which organizes most of the World Championships.

General Note for Shuttle Cocks
Players should always use the shuttlecocks best suited to the playing environment. The hardness of the skirt – the feather part of the nylon shuttlecock – varies depending on temperature. In the cold, as the skirt becomes hard, it is prone to breaking. In the hot, the skirt becomes softer and less likely to break, but the feel at impact is affected by the softer skirt.
Shuttlecocks should be stored away from high temperatures and the tube kept upright with the cork side of the shuttlecock facing down.
