HOW TO USE:
Wash menstrual cup, intimate skin parts and hands with everteen natural intimate wash and rinse thoroughly. Sit in a squatting position. Fold menstrual cup by punching down its insert this open side. Push the cup at about 45-degree angle . Then release to pop it open once inside. Spread along the interior walls with your fingers if needed. Continue to push until the cup is comfortably placed
