How to use: -
Usage:- Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food. If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician. For better results, use consistently for 2-3 months. Seek a recommendation from an Ayurveda Doctor for long-term use.
The color and consistency of the asava may vary between batches because of the seasonal variation; however, efficacy remains the same.

If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with asava and avoid taking it at night. Asava is not suitable for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
