About the Author

Pravin Durai is the dean of School of Management Studies at St Joseph’s College (Autonomous),

Tiruchirappalli, and has more than twenty five years of experience in teaching and research. He is also

a visiting faculty at the Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of

India (ICAI), Tiruchirappalli. He is a member of academic councils and board of studies of various

universities and autonomous colleges.
