About the Author
Gibson G. Vedamani, a doctorate in Retail Management from Symbiosis International University, is a retail industry veteran and a retail management teacher and thought leader. He has been teaching Retail Management in various reputed B-Schools. He currently serves on the National Advisory Council of Retailers Association of India (RAI) and on the Board of Gem & Jewellery Skill Council of India (GJSCI) as the National Skill Development Corporation’s Nominee Director.
