This Combo Contains :-
• 125 GM Fenugreek Seeds

Step 4: Blend them together in a grinder until it forms a dry powder.
Store it in an air tight container and in a cool place for future use.
Dosage:- Take 1 teaspoonful powder with warm water before retiring at night.
